Requirements for clergy from within Australia

We ask that you provide:

  • Details of your Working With Children Clearance – including number, expiration date, full name and date of birth;
  • Your ACMR number (or Professional Standard ACSL Safeguarding Statement  if not registered on the ACMR); and
  • Details of your planned visit to our Diocese – dates, purpose and parishes to be visited using the online form below.

Requirements for clergy from outside Australia

We ask that you provide:

  • A copy of your passport;
  • Professional Standard ACSL Safeguarding Statement  signed by yourself and your Bishop/Superior; and
  • Details of your planned visit to our Diocese – dates, purpose and parishes to be visited using the online form below.
